Additional Nutrition Resources
We are a free breakfast and lunch school district in all buildings. Send your students in 10-15 minutes early to fuel up for the day. No registration required. - Funded by a NYS Grant
We offer a share basket in every school cafeteria of free food items that students can help themselves to. - Shared items are from students and staff.
We offer a free fruit and vegetable snack program at Mary J. Tanner Primary School (MJT) and Granville Elementary School (GES). Twice per week fresh fruits and vegetables are brought to the elementary classrooms for students and teachers to try new foods and learn about healthy foods that help students grow, focus and feel good. - Funded by a NYS Grant
We offer a Backpack for Hunger Program and send home free backpacks full of non-perishable foods on weekends and school breaks during the school year. Funded and executed by the Granville CSD PTO and staff and student volunteers. Referrals to the program are available through classroom teacher, administrators and guidance team.
We offer a Care Closet in the Jr/Sr High Guidance Office offer for grades 7-12 to fill in the gaps which includes snacks and non-perishable meals . - Funded by the Granville CSD PTO and donations from staff.

My School Bucks App
If you would like your student to be able to purchase an additional meal or snacks, you can do so with cash or the convenient My School Bucks app. This allows families to add funds to their students accounts and saves student time in the meal line as well.
