10th Grade Families: A reminder that this evening 1/14 and tomorrow evening 1/15 are open houses at BOCES and SUNY ADK for free job and career training programs available for Granville CSD students in 11th and 12th grade. This Week at Granville CSD... 1/13 - Board of Education Meeting 6pm, High School Library 1/14 - FREE BOCES Open House for all 10th Grade Families - Come prepare for your junior year and see what BOCES programs have to offer. 5:30pm, Southern Adirondack Education Center, Details in District Calendar- BOCES is a free career training program offering 17 professional career paths. 1/15 - ECCA (Early College Career Academy) Open House for all 10th Grade Families, at SUNY ADK 6pm, Details in District Calendar. ECCA is a free program that begins in 11th grade and leads to a two-year Associates Degree in a choice of career paths. 1/16 - High School Electives Fair for 8th - 11th Graders, During School Hours, Details in the District Calendar. 1/16 - National Honor Society, Induction Ceremony, Juniors and Seniors, Details and List of Inductees in the District Calendar. New York Regents exams and midterm exams are scheduled for Tuesday, January 21 through Friday, January 24, 2025. On the exam dates of January 21-24, students in grades 9-12 will come to school only when scheduled to take a midterm or Regents exam. Students in grades 7 and 8 will have their regular classes each day with midterms scheduled during the day. Transportation will run at normal time with midday transportation for 9-12 students having half day exams. Students who need a midday bus, will need to sign up in the main office. Lunches will also be available for students in grades 9-12 prior to leaving after morning exams. BOCES busses will also be running on their normal schedule that week. BOCES students are expected to attend their programs when they do not have a scheduled exam. Please encourage your child to get plenty of rest and prepare well for the upcoming exams, as they play important roles in academic success. A letter is on the way with all of these details also!

January 8th, 2025 Mid Year Vote Results Proposition #1 - Passed Bus Capital Reserve 156 - Yes 117 - No Proposition #2 - Passed Capital Project Capital Reserve 150 - Yes 122 - No Thank you to all of the voters who came out today to vote.

The Mid-Year Vote is today, January 8th, 2025 on creating two savings accounts to save for the future capital projects and the electric bus mandate. Any future expenditures from these savings account must pass voter approval.
